SmileMedics ships domestically and internally to most countries. However, we cannot ship products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for any taxes, fees or surcharges that are applicable per the laws of country of residence.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be made via courier in 1-3 working days GCC and levant within 4 to 7 working days ROW within 7 to 14 Days. Delays might occur due to COVID 19.
Shipping fees (Flat Rate):
Tracking numbers of shipped products will be sent to the registered email upon shipment. SmileMedics is not responsible for any delays, lost or damaged goods while in shipping. If this occurs please contact the courier or local authorities for resolution. Our responsibility for shipment ends upon leaving our facilities and the responsibility transferred to you the customer once it’s with the courier.
Products will be delivered through courier to the registered address. If non- delivery due to customer non-availability or whatever reason is returned to us additional charges will apply for re-shipping and the products are non-refundable as per our policy.
